1.     Managers and swimmers are requested to go through the fixtures meticulously.

2.     As the championship begins at 8:00 A.M. sharp, we request that participants in events 1-10 report to the venue by 7:30 A.M.

3.     Managers must have their participants ready 5 events before theirs. Participants, please be ready yourself 3 events before your own event. This keeps the program running on time.

4.      All participants must wear proper swimming attire with proper swimming caps and goggles. Please note that organisers will not provide any of the above at the venue.

5.     All participants are expected to be responsible for their own belongings. Organisers will not be held liable for any lost items.

6.     Any event with fewer than 2 participants will be cancelled. This decision is final and cannot be contested by participants, even if they selected the event in the registration form.

7.     Requests for breaks by those participating in consecutive events will not be entertained (only lunch break and any other breaks announced at the discretion of the organisers will be allowed). Events will carry on without delay as per the fixture.

8.     Diving from the block is not mandatory. Athletes not acquainted with the diving block will be permitted to either dive from the pool deck or push off from the pool wall.
